“Guide To Rational Living” by Dr. Albert Ellis is his flagship book about his run and REBT.
REBT == Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy( a type of cognitive therapy that started developing shortly before the standard CBT we know of today ).
Dr. Ellis’s opinions about psychology and REBT changed much because this book was originally published in 1961. There are many out of date editions for sale onliine.
To get the latest edition with the most up to date content make sure you have the 3rd 1975( august) edition. For some reason some book sites list this publishing year as 1997. Regardless, the edition you buy should have 23 chapters. Earlier editions do not.
Earlier editions are also obsolete in having opinions Dr. Ellis strongly recanted as his own experience taught him new things.
This should be your table of contents 😛 TAGEND
